Job Summary

As an ITM Customer Service Specialist III, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers, both internal and external, through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You'll be the face of careerzynith, providing expert guidance and support to our customers, while also driving sales and revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver enthusiastic, professional quality service to customers and bank personnel through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat

  • Serve as a service center liaison outside of normal business hours, providing expert guidance and support to customers
  • Maintain accurate department records, including telephone call statistics and customer account information
  • Process telephone transfers, loan payments, and stop payments requests, while also quoting loan payoffs and resetting electronic banking PINS
  • Monitor and respond to online chats from our website, while also maintaining and applying knowledge of regulations governing transactions in relation to banking services
  • Assist customers with Internet Banking and Bill Pay, including resetting passcodes and guiding them through the Internet Banking website
  • Provide video teller assistance for ITMs, while also answering debit card inquiries and resetting PINs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, while also identifying sales referral opportunities and making appropriate referrals and participating in sales campaigns as identified

Additional Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate department records, including telephone call statistics and customer account information

  • Keep abreast of all bank products and services, while also cross-selling to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor, while also maintaining a positive work environment with coworkers and customers

Qualifications

* High school graduate or equivalent

  • Extensive knowledge of deposits, loans, and banking products and services, with a minimum of two years customer service experience or related experience
  • Financial Call Center experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently, while also performing repetitive tasks and sitting for extended periods of time
  • Ability to travel to office for periodic meetings and training, while also working outside normal banking hours
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 360 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Attention to detail, relationship builder, flexible and dependable, good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates proficiency and commitment to excellence in performance of duties

Standards of Performance

* Report to work in a timely manner using secure remote connection

  • Complete work accurately and efficiently, while avoiding distractions and using the right technology and following the "Work from Home" guidelines
  • Maintain positive work-environment with coworkers and customers, while also conducting customer relations in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the bank
  • Provide courteous and professional service to all customers, while also requiring ability to work well with others and follow all company policies and procedures
  • Must meet technical requirements, including internet speed test of 10 Mbps download/5Mbps upload, with a latency of 50ms or less
