Job Summary

We're seeking a Junior Virtual Assistant to provide part-time data entry and administrative support to our team. As a Junior Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Entering and updating records in our database
  • Organizing and maintaining digital files and spreadsheets
  • Providing basic administrative support to our team members
  • Assisting with data analysis and reporting
  • Developing and implementing efficient workflows and processes

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update records in our database with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Organize and maintain digital files and spreadsheets, ensuring easy access and retrieval
  • Provide basic administrative support to our team members, including responding to emails and phone calls
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior virtual assistant or data entry experience

  • Experience with database management and data analysis
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Certification in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
