Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent at careerzynith, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This remote work-from-home (WFH) position offers a flexible schedule with part-time hours under 4 days a week, providing the ideal work-life balance. You will work in a fast-paced environment where empathy and proactive problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding customer accounts, products, and services
