Position Overview

As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers through live chat software on Facebook and Instagram. Your duties will include:

  • Answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshooting problems and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handling multiple incoming requests for information with ease and efficiency
  • Demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor under pressure, even in high-volume situations
  • Providing top-notch service to ensure customer loyalty and retention

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be to log in to our clients' Facebook and Instagram accounts and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You'll be trained on how to handle various types of questions, from sales inquiries to support requests. Your goal will be to provide accurate and helpful information, resolve issues promptly, and ensure that customers feel valued and supported.

Contract and Compensation

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Rate: $32 per hour
  • Hours per week: 5-40 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)

  • 5+ hours of availability per week
