As a Live Chat Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in helping customers with their questions and concerns through our online chat platform. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via careerzynith's live chat system in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate product information, order updates, and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
  • Escalating issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining professional and clear written communication through live chat, email, and other digital channels
  • Keeping records of conversations and resolutions to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up
  • Following careerzynith's standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong writing and grammar skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute (WPM) preferred
  • Comfortable using computers, browsers, and live chat tools, with a reliable internet connection and quiet home setup
  • No previous chat support experience required – paid training included to ensure your success in this role
