The Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent with careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through live chat, phone, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers through live chat, phone, and email
  • Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
