Your Impact
As a Manager, Customer Insights Retail Media Network, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer insights strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals. Your expertise in data analysis, strategic planning, and project management will be essential in driving success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported
- Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for growth
- Serve as subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners and external clients
- Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources to develop strategic recommendations for future media investments
- Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting
- Tell data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables
- Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
- Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the Lowe's LMN Insights team and the whole of the Lowe's retail media business
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative
- 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics
- Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to present data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
- Experience with A/B testing and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA
- Experience leading teams and driving business impact
- Proven experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment
- Familiarity with analytic/research software, such as SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.

Compensation and Benefits
careerzynith offers a competitive salary range of $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
