Responsibilities

As an Office Assistant/Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, typing, and record-keeping
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting in the development of a favorable, professional, and safe workplace

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications
