Job Description

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers by providing knowledgeable, professional, and efficient assistance. You will be the face of careerzynith, assisting our customers in navigating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and guiding customers through the use of our online services.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer service inquiries via chat, email, and occasionally phone

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts and transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency
  • Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions
  • Assist customers with online navigation and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude

Requirements

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with online platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
