The Role: Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative

As an Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reassuring voice that greets customers when they call at night. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls, assisting clients, and dispatching available technicians to jobs. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will ensure that our clients receive the help they need whenever they need it.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer phone calls and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner

  • Dispatch available technicians to jobs and provide them with necessary information
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job assignments
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth business operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ years of dispatching experience with an HVAC company or similar organization

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ words per minute
  • Familiarity with MS Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
