Job Summary

As an Overnight Telemarketing Agent – Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat on our website and social media accounts. You'll provide prompt and friendly assistance, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information with clarity and empathy. Your positive virtual presence will ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, while your collaboration with team members will enhance service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via live chat on our website and social media accounts

What You'll Be Doing

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our website and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your role will be to provide timely and effective support, ensuring that our customers receive the help they need to resolve their issues or make informed purchasing decisions.

Contract Length and Rate

* No fixed term contract

  • $35 per hour rate

Skills and Background

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection

Hours and Location

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
