Job Overview

As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing incoming orders, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering world-class support in a fast-paced call center environment. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive business results.

Responsibilities

* Process incoming orders and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner

  • Utilize multiple customer support tools to ensure successful resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain world-class standards by performing against department scorecards and metrics
  • Build and manage relationships with customers and contacts to drive sales and customer retention
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure accurate and efficient order entry in SAP
  • Resolve customer inquiries using multiple support tools and resources
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and customer retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive business results

Work Schedule and Location

* Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 11:30 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST

  • Location: 100% Remote, with the requirement to reside in one of the following states: Illinois, Maryland, New York, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., Wisconsin, or Missouri. Occasional commute to an office may be required.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs
  • No previous experience required, but customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the consumer products or distribution industry

Competencies

* Accountable for meeting individual targets and deadlines

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Physical Requirements

* The employee will be required to remain in a stationary position at times, communicate, and operate a computer and telephone.
