Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and energetic Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
  • Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Managing customer portfolios
  • Organizing the workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
  • Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
  • Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
  • Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents
  • Recommending process improvements where applicable
  • Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity
  • A strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Flexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A degree in a related field, such as business administration or communications
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
