Job Description
As an Experienced Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to American Airlines passengers, handling a wide range of inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate and timely information about flights, fares, and travel options
- Handling ticketing, rebooking, and refund requests
- Coordinating with other teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or travel industry setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of American Airlines policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Sabre or other travel industry software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or travel industry setting
- Experience working with Sabre or other travel industry software
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of American Airlines policies and procedures
