Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area, identifying and contacting potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. If you're a proactive, analytical, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
• Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improving current processes
• Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply
• Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for various searches
• Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure seamless execution of projects

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proactivity and ability to work in a team
• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
