Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and updating data in our company's database systems
- Ensuring data accuracy and completeness prior to database entry
- Conducting regular quality checks to maintain data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborating effectively with team members for precise data management
- Assisting with additional clerical tasks as needed
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in a data entry role or similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- The ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
- Experience in accounts payable processing is advantageous

Work Schedule
