The Role
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing top-notch support
- Troubleshooting common issues and resolving customer complaints
- Addressing questions related to orders placed by customers
- Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service
- Completing after-call information and data entry to the system
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
- Current residence in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
- Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
- High School Diploma
