Position:

Part-Time Remote Customer Chat Support Agent

Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages from customers on our website
  • Assisting customers with their support-related questions, including but not limited to:

+ Shipping rates and policies + Return policies and procedures + Product availability and ordering + General product information and troubleshooting

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction
  • Working closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • A strong commitment to following provided instructions and guidelines
  • A minimum availability of 5+ hours per week
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Training and Experience
