What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, online, and text messaging. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Connecting with customers to answer their questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments to best support their needs
  • Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to ensure seamless customer support
  • Completing administrative tasks, such as processing payments and updating customer information in our careerzynith systems
  • Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent to 1 month of related experience
  • The ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen effectively with customers via phone or in writing
  • Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Meeting minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
  • Living within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
