Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls from 3rd party customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing exceptional customer service to assigned accounts, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Accepting payments, verifying account information, and making updates or changes to account information, such as billing or contact information
• Informing customers about incentives or upgrades that they're eligible for, and promoting careerzynith's products and services
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to customers
• A friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor, with a strong willingness to help people
