Job Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
- Providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
- Interpreting authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
- Meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times
- Providing assistance to distressed passengers and customers
- Protecting business assets and revenue
- Ensuring a safe journey for our customers
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English, with bilingual language skills required in some locations
- Valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
- Ability to pass FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work on a regular and timely basis
