The Role

  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of careerzynith's products, policies, and services.
  • Offering product recommendations based on customer needs, showcasing a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their experience with careerzynith, driving loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)

  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:
