Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Senior Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions with customers in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
• 1+ year of experience working from home or in a remote setting
