Key Responsibilities
As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
- Ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
- Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination
- Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency

Requirements
To be successful as a Ramp Agent, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT)
- Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in a related field, such as customer service or logistics, is a plus. Additionally, proficiency in a second language may be beneficial.
