Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Agent – Customer Support & Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customer service operations run smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for inputting and managing customer information into our systems accurately, working closely with our customer service and technical support teams to ensure data integrity and aid in resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input customer information into the database

  • Assist in managing live chat communications with customers
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries
  • Regularly update customer service records and logs
  • Identify and report any inconsistencies in data entry processes

Requirements
