Job Description
As a Remote Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences online. You'll be responsible for handling incoming customer service questions via chat support on our website and remote social media accounts. This is a beginner-level position, and we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer service questions via chat support on our website and remote social media accounts
- Provide quick and accurate assistance to customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
- Work independently, using your own initiative to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Collaborate with our team to share knowledge and best practices, and to continuously improve our customer service processes
Essential Qualifications:
* A device able to access remote social media and website chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop)
- Ability to work independently, using your own initiative to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
- 10+ hours availability per week
- Reliable internet connection
