Key Responsibilities

As a REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – DATA ENTRY & ENTRY-LEVEL, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency

Essential Qualifications
