Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Careerzynith's CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and maintain accurate customer information
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on Careerzynith's products and services, including new features, updates, and releases
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including salesforce.com or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Careerzynith's products or services

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including English
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including salesforce.com or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
