Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles, including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high degree of autonomy
