Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling travel-related inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities

  • Process payments on behalf of the client
  • Provide all necessary documents to clients before and after travel
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
  • Work well in a group/team setting, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Stay up-to-date on the travel industry and policies, ensuring that you have the latest information and knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
  • Complete required certification within a timely manner
  • Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older, and a resident of the United States

  • Must have a smartphone and/or a computer with reliable internet access
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with clients and travel partners
  • Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients' interests
  • Ability to manage time and be organized, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Attention to accuracy and detail, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Computer and internet knowledge, with the ability to navigate our systems and software

Preferred Qualifications

* Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage

  • Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service is highly desirable
  • Certification in travel sales or customer service is a plus
