Program Overview

Our Remote Customer Support Specialist program will run from January 13th, 2025, to April 15th, 2025. We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals who can commit to working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Preference will be given to Service Providers (SPs) who can commit and work all 14 weeks of the program.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing product knowledge to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in training and certification programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices
  • Meeting service level and contact per hour commitments
  • Working a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work extra shifts as needed

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts (preferably)
  • Experience providing support in a call center environment (preferably)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle change well
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working with software troubleshooting and technical support
  • Knowledge of tax preparation software and processes
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
