Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving success at careerzynith. You'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients. You'll also receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients. Your strong data entry skills, excellent customer service, and communication skills will enable you to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Process documents electronically, including scanning, indexing, and uploading documents to our systems

  • Make outbound calls to doctor's offices to verify information and resolve issues
  • Process claims, including reviewing, verifying, and submitting claims to clients
  • Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
  • Sort, image, and archive documents, files, and records by form type
  • Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
  • Classify documents based on contract requirements
  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools
  • Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level

Position Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
  • Must be able to pass a typing test
  • Must be able to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed
  • Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in data entry or customer service
  • Experience working with automated data extraction tools
  • Knowledge of contract requirements and document classification

careerzynith offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits and perks, including:

  • Estimated salary range: $26,600.00 - $33,250.00
