Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith Pharmacy, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering patient data accurately and efficiently into our electronic health records system
  • Verifying patient information and ensuring data accuracy
  • Processing prescriptions and medication orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Current pharmacy technician licensure or certification (e.g. PTCB, NHA) is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with a focus on data entry and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
