Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our high-volume data processing and customer support operations. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into multiple systems, resolving discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into multiple systems, including eligibility and tracking systems

  • Retrieve documents and data from authorized databases to perform routine tasks, such as data entry, validation, corrections, and updates
  • Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
  • Determine if an image requires an appointment to be rescheduled
  • Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management
  • Attend and successfully complete job-related and industry-specific systems and policy training as required
  • Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, request clarification, and effectively raise queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

  • Experience working in a health or human services call center
  • Knowledge of the community to be served
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people, including customers, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously and work as a team member, as well as independently

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Knowledge of data management systems and software
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in a related field, such as customer service or data management
