The Role

As a Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers through phone and email interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries related to insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges
  • Managing a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or experience in a related field a plus
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
  • High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling to meet business needs
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive customer information

careerzynith is committed to transparency in compensation. The estimated salary range for this role is $16.50/hour. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors, including location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and we offer a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time.
