Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to prospective customers via inbound and outbound call programs, ensuring a positive and engaging experience that meets their needs and expectations.

  • Verify information submitted by consumers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

* 2 years' experience in customer service call center, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

  • Ability to handle high-volume phone calls, managing multiple conversations simultaneously and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent verbal communication phone skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry, with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 2 years' experience in customer service call center, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry, with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3+ years' experience in customer service call center, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

  • Experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
