Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Telechat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our remote telechat platform. Your key responsibilities will include

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients using our remote telechat platform
  • Responding to inquiries and providing technical support and solutions to clients via chat or phone
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and resolutions accurately
  • Proactively identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management
  • Following up with clients to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in order to provide knowledgeable support to clients Qualifications To succeed as a Remote Telechat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll need to possess the following qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in information technology or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
  • Strong aptitude for technology and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
