Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include

• Participating in inbound and outbound calling efforts to create and qualify leads, drive sales, and introduce new products and services
• Making follow-up calls and emails to leads to ensure timely follow-through and meet sales objectives
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets set by our clients
• Maintaining high-quality standards and achieving a call monitoring review score of 98% or higher
• Acquiring new skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and careerzynith's products and services
• Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various dialing efforts and meeting minimum dialing hour requirements
• Collaborating with the Activities Administrator to meet sales objectives and optimize dialing efforts Key Qualifications To succeed as a Sales Development Representative, you will need
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• A strong desire to work with people and build relationships
• Fast and accurate data entry and note-taking skills
• Proficiency with essential phone, computer, and web tools
• Ability to learn, master, and communicate new products, services, and associations to clients
• Comfort with making decisions throughout your shift
• Flexibility and efficiency in a completely remote work environment
• Ability to focus on standard business hour activities (900am - 500pm EST)
