Job Summary

We are seeking Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Augusta GA and Charlotte NC. As a Work-from-Home Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a seasonal position that starts in January 2025, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Providing accurate and relevant information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in the customer support system
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Striving to achieve individual and team performance goals, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics
  • Continuously developing knowledge of company products and services to provide effective support
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including privacy and data protection regulations
  • Working remotely from home, ensuring a quiet and professional work environment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Proficient in using customer support software and systems
