Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Seasonal Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Using specialized browser-based applications to enter or repair alphanumeric information from source documents and images
• Capturing data and/or verifying the accuracy of OCR data and correcting logic errors and math blocks
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in your work
• Working efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and productivity standards
• Collaborating with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
• Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Three months of full-time experience in data entry or word processing, with a keyboard (typing) speed of at least 45 words per minute
• Completion of an established data entry training course using electronic data entry equipment may be substituted for up to three months of experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures closely and work independently
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines and productivity standards

• Experience processing, entering, and/or verifying detailed data
• Accountability in performance and strong desire to improve
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Additional Information:

This is an SEIU-represented position, and the salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range. If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying, the salary range will reflect the additional 6.95% COLA.
