Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Social Media Content Creator to manage our TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content, interacting with our audience, and maintaining a consistent online presence. If you're passionate about social media, have a keen eye for detail, and are able to work independently, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and schedule engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including writing captions and uploading high-quality visuals
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with careerzynith's brand values and messaging
- Interact with our audience by liking, commenting, and responding to comments on all three platforms
- Maintain a consistent online presence by posting at least three times a day on each platform
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new content ideas and strategies
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content performance
Account Creation & Setup
* Create new email addresses and social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) following careerzynith's guidelines
- Upload profile photos and complete account profile details
- Set up and configure account settings to ensure optimal performance
Account Warm-Up
* Log in and "warm up" the new accounts by spending at least 15 minutes interacting with relevant content each day for the first three days
- Establish natural activity before official posting begins
Daily Posting & Engagement
* Post three times a day, every day, on both TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Provide engaging content, including writing captions and uploading high-quality visuals
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Interact with our audience by liking, commenting, and responding to comments on all three platforms
Time Commitment
* Week 1: Estimated 4-5 hours (includes account setup, initial warm-up, and getting all draft content ready)
- Subsequent weeks: Estimated 2-3 hours each week (primarily handling the daily postings and quick engagement)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with social media scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and ability to create high-quality visuals
- Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal
