Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Virtual Assistant Chat Support to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, email, and social media. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our website or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to our customers.

  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

* Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and live chat tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
