Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to careerzynith clients and customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about careerzynith products and services

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
