Experienced Structural Engineer
We are looking for a Structural Engineer with excellent mathematical, IT and analytical skills. To ensure success, Structural Engineer should display an investigative nature and must be accurate, commercially aware and have great communication skills with a keen interest in ensuring the safety and physical integrity of homes and large structures. Top candidates will have fantastic project and budget management skills with great knowledge of construction processes, materials and legal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications and design analysis
- Perform construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and occasional specialized structural inspections
- Collaborate with architects and designers and building contractors on design and construction of projects
Qualifications
- 10 years experience in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Licensed PE in Texas
- Professionally registered with the Institute of Structural Engineers
- Expert experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
