Job Summary

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our diverse patient population. You'll be responsible for responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our services. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Tagalog and English

  • Provide accurate and timely information about careerzynith services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve patient complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and experiences
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance patient care and services
  • Adhere to careerzynith policies, procedures, and standards of care

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • Fluency in Tagalog and English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with patients with diverse backgrounds and needs

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills in additional languages
  • Certification in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software applications
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
