Job Summary

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our diverse patient population. You'll be responsible for responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our services. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
• Fluency in Tagalog and English (written and verbal)
