Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Transportation Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary to hire basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for arranging transportation for individuals needing to attend non-emergency medical appointments. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, develop your skills, and grow your career with a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Analyze transportation scenarios to determine the optimal solution
  • Process service requests and create authorizations
  • Assist with vendor relations
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, or a related field, or the equivalent preferred

  • Exceptional customer service, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle difficult calls

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, transportation coordination, or a related field

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
