Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant for Customer Calls, you will be responsible for:

  • Joining video calls with customers to ensure they follow the required steps outlined in our guidebook
  • Providing guidance and support to customers during the calls
  • Monitoring customer progress and providing feedback to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Participating in presentations and discussions with customers
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A computer with a working webcam and mic (joining from a phone or tablet will not be accepted)
  • A stable internet connection
  • Basic English language skills
  • A minimally filled profile with a photo (students are preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles or virtual assistance
  • Familiarity with video conferencing tools and software
  • Basic knowledge of presentation software and tools
