Job Summary

  • Utilize comprehensive instructions and knowledge base to provide accurate information and support
  • Engage with customers to build rapport and establish trust
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on live chat or phone support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat software and social media platforms
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated capacity to accurately adhere to comprehensive instructions and knowledge base
  • Available for a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours
  • Dependable internet connection and access to a device that can effectively utilize social media and website chat capabilities (e.g., phone, tablet, or laptop)
