Job Summary:

As a Virtual Customer Support Advocate, you'll be the frontline of careerzynith's support system, helping subscribers resolve account and billing-related issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. You'll have the opportunity to represent a globally recognized streaming brand, offering personalized and proactive solutions that keep our users satisfied and engaged. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt, clear, and empathetic responses to careerzynith subscribers via chat, email, and voice channels regarding billing inquiries, account access, subscription issues, and general service concerns.

  • Accurately diagnose technical issues and provide solutions or escalate appropriately.
  • Document subscriber interactions using internal tools to ensure accurate records and continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide up-to-date information and recommendations.
  • Stay aligned with careerzynith's brand voice and service standards while ensuring a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals in areas such as customer satisfaction, resolution time, and productivity.

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and working in a digital environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or contact center environment.
  • Experience handling billing, subscription, or account-related support is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a streaming or tech support environment is beneficial but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of careerzynith services, digital streaming platforms, and subscription-based billing models.

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
