Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

+ Engage with clients in real-time through web chat platforms, offering prompt assistance with inquiries concerning insurance products, policies, and procedures. + Assess client needs to provide appropriate recommendations and solutions, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Documentation & Reporting

+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and inquiries in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. + Provide feedback and suggest improvements for enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

Collaboration

+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive customer experience. + Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics, share insights, and address any challenges faced.

Training & Development
